Clipper Uploader is a personal tool used only by its owner to send the owner's own video clips to the owner's own TikTok account as drafts. It is provided as-is, with no warranty and no service-level commitment.
The tool may only be used with a TikTok account its user owns and has authorised through TikTok's official login. Nothing is published automatically: every upload arrives as a draft that the account owner reviews and posts, or discards, in the TikTok app. Use of TikTok through this tool remains subject to TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
The account owner is responsible for the content they upload and for having the right to post it.
