Clipper Uploader is used only by its owner, on the owner's own computer, with the owner's own TikTok account. It has no other users.
With the account owner's permission, granted through TikTok's official login, it uses: basic profile information (open ID, display name, avatar) to show which account is connected; the ability to upload videos as drafts; and the account's public video list and counts, to show view statistics.
Access tokens are stored in the macOS Keychain on the owner's computer. Video statistics are stored locally on that computer. No data is sent to any server other than TikTok's own API, and nothing is sold, shared or used for advertising.
Access can be revoked at any time in the TikTok app under Settings → Security → Manage app permissions. Local data is removed by deleting the tool.
